NC illegally certifies Diebold's eVoting system

North Carolina has legistlated tough rules for eVoting machines used in state elections. Yet the NC Board of Elections has ignored those rules and accepted Diebold despite the fact that they cannot or will not produce the source code for their system.

This puts the electors at risk and raises the question as to why the NC board of elections believes it is above the law.
